Becoming Unstuck In Your Marriage
Do you feel stuck in communication or connection in your marriage? Or maybe your marriage is good but you want some tools to make it even better? Then don’t miss a lunch and learn workshop presented by Hope Cares on Wednesday, February 7th from noon - 1pm central.
This time together will serve as the practical application and “Part B” to the message Divine Marriage at Hope Chapel on Sunday, February 4th. In this workshop, we will unpack and give you four practical tools that will help you communicate and connect with your spouse in a whole new way.
Trauma Healing Basics Support Group
This group meets on Wednesdays for eight weeks. Please join as you are able.

First Responder Support: Helping Yourself First
This group meets on the first and third Monday of the month. Please join as you are able.
The group is tailored to create an inclusive and safe space for First Responders to receive emotional and social support when sharing their stories about how their career has impacted their day-to-day lives. To learn more click here
Men’s Support Group
This group meets weekly on Wednesdays. Please join as you are able.
This is a support group specifically for men. It is tailored to offering emotional and social support as a way of creating community and starting conversations where men can share their life stresses in a free space. To learn more, click here.
Trauma Healing Group
Dates: Saturday, December, 3 and Saturday, December 10 from 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
This is a safe, multi-session small group where people with heart wounds can find healing, engage with Scripture, and become more resilient. Healing Groups are led by certified facilitators and cover topics such as God’s presence in suffering, grieving, and forgiveness. Adult healing groups are meant for those ages 18 and older and are not intended to be a replacement for professional mental health care.
